B.I 1st Full Album [WATERFALL]
2014년 ‘쇼미더머니 3’에 출연했을 당시, ‘떨어짐과 동시에 새로운 시작하는 폭포 That’s me’라는 가사로 강렬한 인상을 남겼던 B.I. 그가 긴 공백을 깨고 데뷔 7년 만에 첫 번째 정규앨범 ‘WATERFALL’을 내놓는다.
총 12곡이 수록된 1st Full Album [WATERFALL]에는 공백기 동안의 이야기가 응축되어 있다. 폭포에서 떨어지던 긴 시간 동안의 감정부터, 가까이에서 때론 먼 곳에서 그와 함께해 준 소중한 사람들에 대한 고마움까지. ‘WATERFALL’(폭포)에서 시작해 ‘해변’에 이르기까지의 그의 진솔한 이야기를 이번 앨범을 통해 만나볼 수 있다.
앨범명과 동명의 인트로 트랙인 ‘WATERFALL’에 이런 가사가 나온다. ‘떨어짐과 동시에 새롭게 시작하는 폭포 That’s me’. 폭포의 끝에서 나온 B.I가 이제 그만의 방식으로 새로운 도약을 시작한다.
